Coach's Manual - Entry Form

The coach manual has been around for a few years, but we are always looking to improve it.  If you have something that you would like to add to the manual for next year, please fill out the form below.

Please scroll down and read each question or topic before filling out any of this form.  This should help us get the information in the correct area of the database and make it much simpler to make a manual.  You may even want to print out the form before filling it out so you can easily look ahead to see if there is a better place to insert the information you are thinking of at that time.

  1. What should the coach do before the first practice?
